breakfast varieties were perfect, there were standard items always available and there were other items everyday changed which were also very nice. salad bar was nice and diet options available, the waiters were fast in preparing the tables the restaurant has a terrace to the pool and open yard which gives even better feeling. rooms are clean and neat, size is perfect, welcoming complimentary desert was very nice. quite rooms, bathroom was excellent and very good equipped. room service was taking long time for any issue in the room so take it short and go down to the reception. however when we ordered food to the room the service was supper, the waiter from the restaurant bring food to each room in separate trip so no food become cold before it reach and the waiter her self was very happy smiling and welcoming despite it was late night location is excellent as it is neighbor to the best outlet in asia Istanbul, next to the hotel gate there is a very good supermarket MIGROS that have everything you might need and an amazing restaurant called DÜRÜM YERIM which open 24/7 so no worries as all the other services around the area close by 10 PM. the hotel are very cooperative and helpful, one of our rooms had an issue with door, the hotel was happy to change the room with complimentary upgrade. also i have to mention that we had an an unfortunate accident in the day of check in and the hotel were very cooperative to cancel the reservation

Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service at the reception desk especially MUHAMMET he was so amazing and so friendly and so helpful with anything we would ask him and the service men helping you with bags were very kind. This is our second time at this hotel visiting istanbul. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and incredibly convenient location being close to sabiheh airport with easy parking right on site. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Our room was spacious and clean, the cleaning ladies were very kind and friendly providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, our experience at Miracle was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

We stayed just one night at the hotel due to flight connection. We booked it just 30 min before arrival and when we arrived ( only 10 min by taxi from airport ) we had fast check-in and Bade on reception was so kind to upgrade our room for free, so we had enough place for us and a baby. The stay was so relaxing and we enjoyed the clean fresh swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing and also we received some sweet surprise in the room. Also we are very thankful to Tatyana for detailed description of beautiful places of Istanbul, that we can visit. Near the hotel there is a great shopping mall with restaurants. We will definitely return and not only in case of flight connection. The hotel is well situated for discovering Istanbul

Very nice, clean and modern hotel located @ 10 min ride far from the airport. Room was very big and the bedding incredible. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices while Nehir, Mustafa & Tetiana from the reception/guest relation have been very kind and helpful with my reservation & requests. A very nice touch from the hotel’s staff was the sweets platter that awaited for us in our room, after we checked in.
